Official Countdown

We are in countdown mode starting today!!! Only a week from Wednesday and we are off to Florida!! I have been following the weather really closely down there and I guess we are going to be rained on most of our trip. From what I hear, that's Florida. I was able to find a rain cover for our stroller on Ebay so at least the kids will be dry.
I finally finished Roxy's dress. I even had time to make her a matching purse. Well, it's not that impressive, believe me. It was fun to do it. Our Sister Missionaries came over and Roxy insisted on showing them her dress. She showed it to them and asked if I could sew. I told them no, but that didn't stop me. They just looked at me and then laughed. It was pretty funny to see their expressions when I said no. Now I just have to make her crown and I will be done for the year!
Roxy has started a counting chain in her room. She likes taking a ring off her chain everyday.
I started ANOTHER project this week. I have decided that I am tired of Roxy's room being Purple. So, I am in the middle of painting her room another color. Now I can say that I have painted every living area of our house. The next house we buy, wallpaper will be a definate turn off and even a deal breaker for me. It's all good, by then Roxy will be old enough to help me out with the painting.
