Our Disney World trip breakdown:
Wednesday 9/24--We had to wake up at 5:00 am in order to get the kids ready, as well as Pumbaa for his visit with the vet. Roxy and Aaron decided to stay up until around 1:00 am so they had a really tough time waking up. But our awesome buddy Greg R. came and was ready to drive us to the airport and drop Pumbaa off at the vet. Props to our VT families!!! The flight went smoothly (except for the unexpected apple juice in our laps from our little princess) and before we knew it, we were on the bus to our resort. Roxy was watching the movie happily while Donovan fell asleep sitting up. Our resort wasn't ready yet but since we are from "Tennessee" (we didn't claim TN all week, just once to the Kentucky woman who was happy to see another southerner) and she told me that she "hooks up" the south. Well, we will see. Aaron and I decided to take Roxy to Magic Kingdom first because we were really worried about her height and didn't want her to be disappointed later. But Roxy's shoes pulled it off and she was 40 inches.

Roxy and her Daddy got to ride Splash Mountain together while Mommy and Donovan waited patiently for them to come back. She absolutely loved that ride and whenever we would ask her "What ride do you want to go on next?" She would reply, "Something that is fast and gets you wet." Which could only be Splash Mountain. Mommy got to go on Thunder Mountain with Roxy next. She loved it even more than Splash Mountain.
We got a call from Grandma and Papa, they were on their way to the resort, so we had to leave soon in order to meet them there. But while we were walking out, I noticed the little Barber Shop on the side of the Fire Station on Main Street. We walked in and the nice Barber asked if Donovan needed a haircut. We told her that he definitely did and asked how long the wait was. She said that there wasn't a wait so we sat Dono down and he received his first haircut. He also received his first set of mouse ears with "First Haircut" in the back.
When we got back to the resort, our room was ready and we found out that the Kentucky woman really did hook us up. We got a get view of the river from our room and were also in a nice quiet area. We couldn't rest too long because we had a dinner reservation at Tony's back at the Magic Kingdom. The Dining Plan was awesome, especially because it was free! We ate our dinner and went back to the hotel, ready for bed and ready to wake up to another adventure.
