Halloween

We had some fun this past Sunday and went trick or treating in our neighborhood. The Kubricky girls came along to help us out and the kids got tons of candy. The night before we had our ward party. Everything went relatively smooth and everyone loved the "Minute to Win It" games we did and didn't even miss the carnival games. Aaron taught the youth a new dance this year to perform at the party. We played Thriller so everyone can see it and then the youth performed "Beat It" later in the evening. The youth have a great time and all the parents are so happy that they are participating in the party. There were a lot of really good costumes this year. We were disqualified because we chose the judges but the winner was my friend Cassy who dressed her kids up from "Never Ending Story." I thought her outfit was awesome (Cassy was Falcore the Luck Dragon). Anyway, Donovan played Augustus perfectly all night. He stood by the food table and kept sneaking food until I finally told him to go play somewhere else. Jojo hated her Golden Ticket but got used to it later in the evening. We looked great but the kids decided to wear different costumes Halloween night. Dressing up is so much fun!
