I took Jordyn to her one year appointment and she is 15lbs. 2 oz. That puts her right in 0th percentile. My doctor pronounces it as zeroth and it makes me giggle every time I hear him say it like that. Anyway, she is over 27 inches which is the 2nd percentile so she is pretty proportionate. Her growth arch is indeed an arch and that's all we really care about so she is healthy and right now a little unhappy due to her shots. She is doing great and is just a petite little cutie pie. I'm still planning on having some friends over to have another cake. I feel like that little cake I made JoJo was cheesy and a little unfair so I need to make her a bigger cake everyone will eat (Hopefully). Here are some pictures of her little cake and the reason it's so hard for her to eat is that I iced it two days prior but we finally had time to sit down and eat it later than I thought. She didn't seem to mind, it was funny watching her try with all her might to break that thing apart.
We are having a great week so far. It's my finals week for school and then I have all of May off until Summer School starts up in June!!! I finish Summer School the day before we leave for Shaver so I know time will fly a little faster due to my job. I'm so glad I have something else to occupy my time. Like any mother needs more things to occupy them while they have kids home. Roxy will be out of school and I'm sure she will be bored out of her mind so Donovan will be a great companion for her. Donovan starts Pre-School in August with Ms. Jenny and we are so excited. I filled out the Registration today and he is paid up and ready to roll. She wants everyone potty trained for class so we are crossing our fingers that Donovan will be willing to use the potty by then. Our goal is Shaver but that is completely up to Donovan.
Aaron has a campout this Friday and Roxann can't wait because when Daddy leaves to go camping, we usually go to McDonald's. She is mapping out what McDonald's to go to because some of our McDonald's have Polly Pocket and others have Dragon stuff? I don't know, but she expects to get the Polly Pocket. I will enjoy it while it lasts, pretty soon she will want her own Ipod, Iphone, Ipad, etc., etc, etc......
