Our little Roxann is 5 years old today!!!!! I can't believe how fast time flies. She was so tiny and now she is this 37 pound monster. No, she is just such a big girl. We decided to do some fun things with the family yesterday for her birthday just because today is Sunday. So we went to this place called Third Coast Clay and Roxann got to paint

her very own star box any way she wanted. Of course, Mommy and Daddy tried to coach her on how it is supposed to look but in the end, the design was ALL Roxy. She didn't understand why she wasn't able to take it home yesterday so they let me take her in the back and show her the kiln. She finally understood and was ready for our next stop...Build-a-Bear. We walked into that store and Roxy looked just like when she first saw Cinderella castle at Disney World. She was sooooo excited. Out of all the animals, she chose this gaudy purple cat with bright green eyes and black paws. I don't know why, but it's name is Kooky Kat. Donovan wasn't left out, he made a big Black Bear he named Baby. They loved that place so much. We asked Roxy if she wanted to eat anything right now what would it be? Old McDonald's that's what. She wanted Spaghetti at Old

McDonald's, so went to Chili's instead because they actually serve spaghetti. The funny thing is that Roxann ordered a Corn Dog instead....weird child. Tonight she opened presents and got a lot of Barbie clothes and furniture. She also got a "littlest Pet Shop" from Dillan and Leah. She also got a Spongebob Gift card from GGma and Pa and she is so excited to go shopping. We pulled out some new Pajamas and decided to take some pictures in them tonight. I was just happy to find matching ones for the girls. I can never find anything in a size 5 and 6 months. Next Saturday we are taking Roxy and a few of her girlfriends to see a movie. Overall, Roxy had a great birthday. In her own words.."This is my best fifth birthday ever!"
